Today on the Daily Beat, Friday March 18, 2016: Continuing the conversation with Charles Mueller, clinical associate professor of nutrition at NYU Steinhardt, will discuss the health effects of the common additives. Charles Mueller received his BA from Colgate University, MS from New York University, and PhD from New York University. Dr. Mueller’s research includes the outcomes of enteral (tube) feeding in elderly long-term care residents and the effects of weight loss interventions on cardiovascular disease risk factors. He is published in the peer-reviewed clinical nutrition literature and a frequent speaker on the local and national levels.
