Dr. Mueller’s research includes the outcomes of enteral (tube) feeding in elderly long-term care residents and the effects of weight loss interventions on cardiovascular disease risk factors. He is published in the peer-reviewed clinical nutrition literature and a frequent speaker on the local and national levels.
