Mother’s Day is on Sunday, and BTR is taking this week to celebrate women of all ages! Sew & Tell has the perfect guest: Elizabeth Roberts, pioneering force and creative visionary behind Wraphabillement, a line of uniquely designed outerwear. From a background in advocacy, and a deep devotion to the fight against breast cancer, Elizabeth gained experience in public policy and business savvy, which ultimately led her into an unexpected, but exciting, new territory: fashion design. What began with a sketchbook at a Parisian cafe has become a collection of outerwear, specifically tailored for the life of a busy woman. Wraphabillement blends practicality, safety, durability, and style in one incredible multi-functioning garment, so it’s no wonder that Elizabeth’s designs have become the official outwear for the Royal Danish Ballet Company.

On today’s show, Elizabeth will talk us through the incredible journey that led her from New York to Seattle, Microsoft to fashion design, and she’ll share inspirations, insight, and the passions that sustain her.

Plus, a whole playlist of women on today’s show, including new music from Beach House, Ane Brun, and Gemma Ray, as well as favorites from earlier this year. All that ahead in this special woman-power-hour of Sew & Tell!
