Happy New Year! I thought I’d take the opportunity, during this week of good intentions and resolutions, to talk with an expert in eco-fashion makeovers. Greta Eagan – stylist, model, consultant, and founder of the fantastic FASHIONmeGREEN site and services – graciously gave me an hour of her time, and shared her thoughts on the past, and future, of sustainable style. Eagan’s organization, FASHIONmeGREEN, couples as a great eco-fashion editorial site and your access to personalized “green” styling services and wardrobe makeovers. On today’s show, Greta shares about charting the course to sustainable fashion in an era of skepticism, some practical tips for DIY green makeover, a few of her favorite brands and shopping sites, and some predictions for what’s ahead in 2013.

Plus, in honor of BTR’s Look Back Week, I’ve assembled a count-down of my favorite tracks from the year. You’ll hear music from Firehorse, Cate Le Bon, Tim Damien Jurado, Kopecky Family Band, and more.

So sit back, sip your detox juice, turn up the volume, and learn how to detox your closet for 2013, on BreakThru Radio!
