Carrie is a film we had to go out to see. First off, it’s a remake of an iconic film, but also, a new and fresh take on the original novel by Stephen King. It follow Carrie White as she navigates the brutal world of high school while also dealing with a crazed mother and budding psychic powers.
This week on Tropes and Trends we have Jordan Reisman back on the program to discuss found footage horror movies. The genre was defined by (arguably) it’s first film, The Blair Witch Project and has given the world some of the most frightening films.
