LIVE @ OLD SCHOOL STUDIOS with MR JASON – Saturday 18th May 2013
LUCKY BROWN & THE BUCKS – Today’s show is a very special one for me. As regular listeners to my Seal Of Approval Show (also here on BTR!) will know, I’m a big fan of Lucky Brown and his music, in all of his many bands. To the degree that the debut single on Seal Of Approval Records is going to be Lucky Brown’s “Still Listening”, in June. I’m really THAT much of a fan!! So just try to imagine how thrilled I am to be featuring the first of four awesome live sets from Lucky’s annual “Westsound Reunion”, which has been running for at least the last seven years in the Seattle area. Lucky for me, this, the first of two shows (in Seattle and Bellingham respectively), was recorded superbly by the lovely Steve Kennedy-Williams; so my heartfelt thanks to you Steve!
