LIVE @ OLD SCHOOL STUDIOS with MR JASON – Saturday 5th January 2013
CAFE BLEU – Now, I’m always interested in hearing new young musicians, especially when they name themselves after favourite LPs of mine, such as Cafe Bleu, the debut LP by The Style Council, from 1984. I’m just now trying to think of other possible band names, using titles of other LPs that I love… Pinkerton? Bernice? Something/Anything? They’re all logical candidates for band names. So, kids, hows about you do your uncle Jason a favour, and start a band called Nevada Fighter? There’s a prize for the first person to tell me which artistes’ LPs they all are, WITHOUT checking on an internet!
