The Jazz Hole with Linus invites interview guest Glenn Zaleski back to talk about the brand new Stranahan / Zaleski / Rosato trio album “Live at Jazz Standard” (Capri Records). Though all three members contribute compositions to the trio, Live at Jazz Standard is largely dominated by Brooklyn-based pianist Glenn Zaleski’s tunes and he was kind enough to talk about the new record, as well as his bandmates drummer Colin Stranahan and bassist Rick Rosato. Today’s episode also features brand new music from Jason Yeager’s “New Songs Of Resistance” (out on October 4th via Outside In Music) and from Adrian Mira Group’s “Spotlight”.
