We’re scoping out this year’s Summer Meltdown headliners like Umphrey’s McGee and Gramatik, as well as the annual Pilgrimage Music Festival, happening September 21-22 in Franklin, Tennessee with Jam Session favorites Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe. We’re also peeking into the annual Petaluma Music Festival with Hot Buttered Rum and New Monsoon. The festival this year is on August 3rd and proceeds will be donated to Petaluma’s public elementary and secondary schools to provide funding for their music programs. All that, plus new music from Joss Jaffe, Robert Walter’s 20th Congress, Rubblebucket and more on
this week’s Jam Session.

Laura was host of the long-running Jam Session podcast until 2019.
