I don’t know why, but I started thinking of Pahoa—a small hippie commune in the Big Island of Hawaii—and memories I have of hitchhiking there in the year 2000. The music, the dancing, the free-love and hallucinogenic spirit-dancing all came flowing back to me. This week on Jam Session, I re-imagine the music they may be listening to twenty years later.
