This week we’re shining a spotlight on the inaugural BeachLife Festival, happening May 3-5 in Los Angeles, California on Redondo Beach. This year’s headliners include Grateful Dead veteran Bob Weir, country music icon Willie Nelson, and former Beach Boys frontman Brian Wilson. They’ll be joined by some Jam Session favorites like Slightly Stoopid and Roots of Creation, Keller Williams’ Grateful Grass, Blues Traveler and Clayton Joseph Scott. We’re chatting with Miles Doughty of Slightly Stoopid and Brett Wilson of Roots of Creation about their thoughts on the upcoming festival and SoCal beach culture, as well as their latest albums and tours.
