Yay, you’re back! Welcome to BTRtoday’s Discovery Corner podcast brought to you by, Levi’s.

Today we share with you Yazan, the most well-rounded musician you’ll ever meet!

Even though, so far, he has mostly released solo blues projects, heavy with acoustic or electric guitar, he hasn’t boxed himself in from trying all kinds of new things! He puts the passion back into rock n’ roll and doesn’t forget, but also, he tells BTRtoday, he’s trying to get together some rap songs and has been dabbling in throat singing.
WAT.

That’s right. Yazan has the voice all those who aspired to be blues singers begged God for, but also has the spirit of a true artist-ready to try anything to express himself.
Don’t worry, his talent hasn’t filled him with arrogance. He’s level-headed, with a beautiful outlook on life and music. To him, creating these melodies is an outlet of discovery within himself and to bring people together.

“It’s a collaboration between you and the audience and the energies feeding in both directions,” Yazan explains. “It’s not just from the stage to the crowd, it’s vice versa too.”

Make sure to follow him on all the social media outlets as Yazan or the_yza and check him out at The Rock Shop in Brooklyn, NY May 12th. It’s sure to be a live show you won’t want to miss!

And don’t forget to check out the Discovery Artist feature on Yazan!
