Hello and welcome to Discovery Corner on BTR! This week on the show I’m featuring the one-man-band Seth Kauffman of Floating Action, who My Morning Jacket’s Jim James is calling “the most underrated person in music.” He’s released a fantastic new record, Body Questions, which makes use of “shitty” equipment to create something beautiful.
When he’s not making music with Floating Action, Kauffman can be heard playing with a variety of other artists. He’s played guitar and synths on Lana Del Rey’s new album Ultravoilence along with Ray LaMontagne’s release Supernova.
Don’t forget to check out the Discovery Artist feature on Floating Action!
