Hello and welcome to Discovery Corner on BTR! This week on the show I’m featuring the LA country music singer-songwriter Chase Byrne.

Byrne started performing at a very young age, picking up both the guitar and piano as a boy and later taking to the stage with stand-up comedy acts on his college campus. He wrote his first song after a bizarre incident with his first love–in which she told him separation was necessary because “God said so.” The absurd and heartbreaking story fueled Byrne to start songwriting, and he hasn’t stopped since.
After successful gigging in the greater New Hampshire area, Byrne hit the road for Los Angeles. He loves the seemingly endless creative inspiration that the city has to offer, and isn’t the least bit deterred that LA isn’t exactly what one might imagine being a home for country music. But enough words, tune in to hear songs from his debut EP, Chase Byrne, available on itunes and Spotify.
Don’t forget to check out the Discovery Artist feature on Chase Byrne!
