Yay, you’re back! Welcome to BTR Today’s Discovery Corner podcast brought to you by, Levi’s.

Ron Gallo is a guy full of curly hair and a mind full of music genius. This Nashville-based musician plays a mean guitar, accompanied by cynical lyrics that are currently flooding the underground rock and roll scene– which seem to be overlooked by the country music crowd populating most of Tennessee.

His sound is a brilliant mixture of blues, country, early punk and, of course, rock and roll. The Abigails, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, and Hank Williams III are just a few acts that come to mind as likely inspirations.

He’s also has his own record company called American Diamond Recordings that feature all kinds of great underground rock and roll bands that need to get noticed ASAP. It was founded in Philadelphia, PA, where he spent almost a decade of his musical career. He eventually moved to Nashville to get a piece of the music action.

Gallo has just finished up a brand new album entitled “Heavy Meta” that he’s slowly rolling out one song at a time. “Young Lady, You’re Scaring Me” is one of the songs on it that he released, accompanied by a video, and that you’ll also be hearing on today’s Discovery Corner!

Check him out on all those good social media outlets like Soundcloud, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter- @RonGallo!

Keep an ear out for his new album “Heavy Meta,” coming soon, and check him out during his tour! He always has great “tour-or” stories, including one about reptilian overlords, which you’ll be hearing about today.

Anyways, enough of my blabbering, listen to the podcast and find out what the Mr. Ron Gallo is all about!

And don’t forget to check out the Discovery Artist feature on Ron Gallo!
