Pinact is a Scottish trio offering a sort of gentle pop pummeling thar features rock music with big hooks, fuzzy guitars, and on-point vocal harmonies. Often landing somewhere between the harsh assault and verse-chorus-verse frenzy of Nirvana and the fuzzy polished pop of Weezer (with some straight up pop-punk detours), they’ve found their own take on guitar rock, carving a unique path that’s all their own to catchy earworm bliss. They found time to stop by Serious Business Music in DUMBO, Brooklyn at the very end of their US tour to share some rock n’ roll magic with us.
The Part That No One Knows is available now from Kanine Records.
