The music of Maneka – the sonically-eclectic project of guitarist Devin McKnight, also of the band Speedy Ortiz – draws on a multitude of influences in an attempt to reflect McKnight’s unique cultural perspective as a person of color in an overwhelmingly white-dominated music scene. Devin by Maneka is available now from Exploding In Sound.
