Prolific producer and songwriter Felicia Douglass is a fierce musical talent, whom you may recognize from her solo project or her work with Gemma, Dirty Projectors, Ava Luna, Baile, and Lip Set. This spring she has collaborated with dozens of artists online, found ways to keep moving while inside, and released several new tracks. The Joy Formidable is a Welsh alternative rock band currently based in London, whose dynamic songwriting and epic performances have made quite a mark over the band’s decade plus history. Now, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of their landmark debut record, A Balloon Called Moaning, the group has reissued that album with an additional version featuring Welsh versions of all 8 songs. Here, the band shares an intimate performance which, while a bit quieter and more acoustic than fans may be used to, shows no less power than their fully amped up shows. Sasha And The Valentines is an Austin, TX-based dream pop band with a brand new debut full length full of sweet and hazy pop gems. John Jiggs is a very talented artist who had no just to be involve in music because his family was deep into music also. Despite the pandemic Jigg$ has not quarantine his hustle by staying home. He has been hitting the hip-hop circuit hard. A Day Without Love is the musical project of Philadelphia-based artist Brian Walker, operating under the mantra of “Telling the truth through pain and storytelling.” Besides writing and performing music, Brian creates podcasts, is active on social media, and has a documentary film in the works. His catalog of releases runs deep, and is pretty varied stylistically, though often leaning towards acoustic indie folk with hints of punk experimentation.
