This week we decided to finally use our met grinders and cook up some Mexican Chorizo.

And if you can’t handle the spice, we have some Japanese inspired Meyer Lemon Scallop Ceviche.

Mine came out Pink! YAY! We also tried Fish Brewing’s Hodgson’s Bitter End IPA.
