Ingredients
Chicken (thin)
prosciutto
Box of Quinoa
Frozen Spinach
Vegetable Broth
Block of Parmesan Cheese (Will hand grate)
Garlic
Spinach, Cheese & Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken Breast
Begin by freshly grating a cup and a half of Parmesan cheese
Lay out your four chicken breasts and top with slice of Prosciutto, spinach, and Parmesan cheese.
roll up ingredients and spear with wooden cooking rods
Add vegetable broth, fresh garlic, and spinach to saute pan. Place chicken in pan to cook.
Add box of Quinoa to pan when chicken is beginning to look a bit golden brown. It will soak up the leftover flavors and juices.
Scoop out some quinoa onto a plate. Place a piece of cooked chicken next to it. Pull out the wooden rods and ENJOY!
