Cerviche a la Pete
(tapas or main dish, serves 2)


6 limes
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 red onion
2-3 chilies (depending on spice preference)
1/2 lb of fish (any you desire, Alaska Sea Bass in this example)

-cook your desired fish first and separately
(in this example, frozen Alaskan Sea Bass is boiled for 15 minutes)

-juice limes into saucepot

-mince chillies


-chop cucumber, tomato, and onion


-put all ingredients into saucepot and heat (not boil) on medium for 30 minutes
