DJ RePete welcomes you into his kitchen once again, with a no nonsense side dish of surprising versatility: rosemary-garlic potatoes. Learn to cook this incredibly easy-to-make side dish whilst tuning in to a kitchen soundtrack from the likes of Zach Brock, Fleet Foxes, and Bowerbirds. Don’t mind the clang of pots and pans; it’s just DJRePete on the BTR Cooking Show!
Rosemary-Garlic Potatoes
(side dish, serves 4)
1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves of pressed/minced fresh garlic
3 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leaves
-preheat oven 400 degrees F
-cut potatoes into bite sized pieces, rinse
-mince fresh rosemary leaves
-press or mince garlic cloves
-combine and mix all ingredients in mixing bowl
-lay on baking pan, spread onto one layer
-bake for at least an hour or to taste
