Welcome to Biology of the Blog! This week we catch up with Parker Goubert, founder of the online music learning resource Strum By Strum. Strum By Strum teaches guitar chords with a new, collaborative approach and easy to navigate graphics that break down hundreds of popular songs into basic scrolling sheet music. They also hold events like live Karaoke to promote live group playing, which Parker says is an essential element to learning. You can find Strum By Strum on Facebook, YouTube, and, of curse, the web. Tune in to hear what Parker has learned from his ten years as a music teacher and how he used that knowledge to develop his unique teaching techniques!
