Jeannette LaPointe is a New York-based artist who lives and works in New York’s Hudson Valley. She received her BFA in photography from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2017. Her series of work titled Heart Street, a photographic exploration of the residents of a rehabilitation home in Kingston, NY, was recently exhibited at the Samual Dorsky Museum of Art. She has also shown at the Troy Center of Photography outside of Albany and Artbar in Kingston, New York. She is a recipient of the Traverso scholarship grant from SUNY New Paltz in 2017.
