Martin Calvino is a New York-based artist whose work intersects the disciplines of art, science and Tango. He uses the computer, creative coding and visual aesthetic principles to create digital artworks that often take the form of video, interactive, responsive, static and animated forms.
Martin received his PhD in plant genetics from Rutgers University and a Masters of Science from Tsukuba University. He is currently a graduate student at the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. He also holds a PhD in plant genetics from Rutgers University and a Masters of Science degree from Tsukuba University.
