Nicole Finley recently completed an MFA in Art Practice at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. In addition to a two-decade career in graphic design, Nicole has an interdisciplinary practice, which includes installation, performance and writing. In her work, she explores personal narrative through visual and oral storytelling, including place (home), possibility (the American Dream) and the materiality of and our relationship with objects (desiring). Nicole has presented work in solo and group exhibits across Oklahoma, in New York City, and at Satellite Art Show during Miami Art Week. She is also a published poet, an educator and will soon open an art space in Tulsa for female-identifying artist
