Laura Goldfarb started her career in the music industry in 2006 as a host and producer with BTR. Her weekly show, Jam Session, reports to the Relix/Jambands Radio Chart. Laura is also the founder of music public relations firm Red Boot PR, a company she started in 2009 and which Examiner.com awarded "Best PR For Indie Artists.”
Flowing through Laura’s PR and radio work is her truest art form: writing. In addition to writing songs placed in film and television, she's contributed to Relix Magazine, Elmore Magazine, and the Sonicbids blog. Over the years, Laura has interviewed major artists including The Motet, Lotus, Greensky Bluegrass, Lettuce, American Babies, and DJ Logic.
A lover of the nomadic lifestyle, Laura is often out traveling the world, but presently you’ll find her in San Francisco with her partner Tim, who she met at one of her favorite places on earth, Burning Man. She practices Vedic meditation, insists on freshly ground coffee, and burns sage to clear writer’s block.
