Suicide Squeeze Records
Over the years, the Suicide Squeeze roster has grown from a stable of regional indie rock bands into a diverse, international array of artists. The current line-up includes the ecstatic Southern feminist garage rock of The Coathangers, the cerebral futurist pop inventions of Minus the Bear, the smoky reverb-drenched noir rock of L.A. Witch, the fever-dream kitsch and raucous pop of The Paranoyds, the Texan doom-drone of This Will Destroy You, the dusty jukebox punk of SadGirl, the ripping riffage and psych mysticism of Death Valley Girls, the sardonic social commentary party anthems of Childbirth, the riotous rock n’ surf revival of Guantanamo Baywatch, and the nostalgic beauty of Julia Kugel’s singer-songwriter project White Woods. In addition, the label has issued one-off releases by the likes of luminaries such as Ty Segall, Black Lips, and Julianna Barwick.
