Goodbye September, see you next September.  Goodbye weekend, see you next weekend.  In the meantime, let’s all be weekend lovers together with 2 hours of tunes.
Stephanie Land is a Brooklyn-based artist whose practice is built upon a traditional photography background and developed through an acquired printmaking process. She received her B.A. in Photography at Columbia College Chicago and her M.F.A. in Printmaking at the Royal College of Art, London. Throughout the conversation Stephanie and Kimberly spoke about Stephanie’s project titled White: Silence, an installation-based exploration of her own whiteness. They also talk about anti-racism*, family histories and the importance of communication. Halfway through September — we start with a throwback block and close out with a new single from Delicate Steve. Much more to hear in the middle — check it out!
Music from Sonny Knight, Sharon Jones, Mavis Staples, and Son Little. Names you wouldn’t normally see on Jam Session. But Artists that can hang with the best of them (if not already be leading the march).
It’s been a strange summer, and its fading away.  Mid August double shot vibes for your listening pleasure.  Let’s get our head right with 2 hours of good indie tunes, shall we?
Listen to music and buy some stamps!
