In the middle of July already? Crazy thunder & lightning storms lately! Gotta love it. No complaints here. Respecting mother nature's power, and of course the power of music. We got some nice joints in position for you to rock too. Nuff said, let’s go!!!
Hope everything is good in your life. The weather is nice on this side of the country. Yeah, east coast reppin, NY reppin, and we're always out here reppin the music hard. Btrtoday.com can’t be stopped, so let’s knock the earth off it’s axis with another booming episode of Latin Hip Hip.
Yes, yes and one more yes! Back home in NYC. I had a great time down south. Miami & Tampa Florida, thank you! Shoutout to my DJ friends who came out to support me. Also, shoutout to all the people who came out and had a great time. We did some of our podcasts out in Tampa and Miami so I was still working on my vacation. No problem with that! I hit up the beach in Miami at Wet Willies and rocked the house at 1800 Lucky’s Restaurant. Shoutout to Jarobi from A Tribe Called Quest who has a residency there. Great vibes, great food and great people. I had a blast, but right now it’s back to work with another great episode of Latin Hiphop. Let’s go!!
Once again, another Wednesday out here on the world wide web for a new episode of World Hip Hop. We got some treats, share if you want, and definitely feel the vibe. It’s nice out here in NYC today. Temperature supposed to hit as high as 81 degrees! So you know the people are coming out. Let’s make sure we're all careful. Let’s go!!!!
Pull up! Pull up! Yes it’s time for another episode of World Hip Hop. During the madness & pandemic, we do nothing but try to ease the nerves with some good music from around the world. Let’s rock!!
Once upon a time, boys and girls, disc jockeys used to record their mixes on cassette tapes. Yes, a little object that you put in a tape player, press play, and walk down the street blasting music. It feels like a million years ago. So I'm dedicating this show to the mixtape and cassette tape days. That was the hustle back in the 90's. We used to sell the tapes worldwide. Myself, and the legend Tony Touch, used to have a great connect in England. We sure do miss that easy cash, lol. Now, let's fast forward to the future, you can just stream away. So yo, let's go and enjoy this cassette tape mix. Reggaeton at the highest level.
