GUMBO VARIATION - Well, it's great to finally get Gumbo Variation back for a return visit to the studios that they like to called old school. I wasn't here to witness their first session, as my glamorous assistant Conor recorded it, so it's good to be at the helm for this one. Nice, crisp, early 70s-ish stuff.
GUMBO VARIATION - Today we have an awesome display of musical dexterity, by a band that do justice to the Frank Zappa style that is their namesake (Gumbo Variations is from Zappa's "Hit Rats" LP). After re-arranging the session, due to a power cut at the studio, here we finally are, and I hope you enjoy listening as much as I did!
