I'm not sure if it's a birthday or anniversary, but we made it to one year. Thank you to everyone who listens and extra thanks to those who take the time to click through the links I have been sharing since June. A mix a music that I have found through doing this podcast, some newer stuff and old faves. Also, I talk a little bit about the rally to #StopAsianHate that took place this past weekend in New York. As always, I am aiming to provide a jumping off point for the purpose of learning more. Here are some links to read more: Stop AAPI Hate  How You Can Join the Stop Asian Hate Movement

The last week has been a bit of a blur -- apparently an attempt to overthrow the government can really cloud the air. Some breathing music this week. Some old standbys as well as some new tracks with more instrumental tracks than usual. Don't forget that while these events were shocking, they should not be considered surprising -- people behaved exactly as Donald Trump has been suggesting they should. The countdown is on until the Biden-Harris Administration is in place. Take a look at the ACLU's To-Do List to hold our new leadership accountable. One good thing to come out of the last week is all the great music that came my way as a result of my call on Twitter. There will be more in the coming weeks but I'm super pumped to share "Heart Aches" by Atlanta-based artist MarCell JB who got in touch right away when I asked for links to new music. You can also see the video here.
