“Night Owl” by Imaginary Tricks

Imaginary Tricks reflects the mad, musical world of Queens-based Mike Visser (previously of the California band Frank Jordan). With his distinct take on pop and arty indie rock, Visser benefits live from the counter-balance of Harlan Muir on keys and backing vocals along with a full rhythm section, turning the shimmery psych riffs into full-on epic jams. The band dropped by Serious Business Music in DUMBO, Brooklyn to show us just how the songs can come alive.
