A Post New Year's Eve Cocktail: Pear Necessities

Sunset Botanica is a Brooklyn-based company which makes shrubs, bitters, and other cocktail components. To toast the start of a new year, the owner of the company, Carlos Victoria, puts together a cocktail he calls “Pear Necessities” that uses some adventurous ingredients along with his own homemade mango bitters.

Recipe:
2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Pear Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Top with 2mL Bitter Sunset Mango Supremo bitters
Add Ice
Shake
Serve with Chapulines on rim (use orange or lime to stick)
