Signs of the 2017 New York City Marathon
Congrats to everyone who ran in this year’s TCS New York City Marathon, which took place on Sunday, Nov. 5.
After months of hard work, the runners raced through the five boroughs as thousands of spectators took to the streets to watch, celebrate and cheer.
The runners need all the encouragement they can get to make it through the entire 26.219 mile course. Fans displayed creative signs to keep them laughing and smiling the whole way to the finish line.
Jeanette D. Moses caught some of the fun and witty signs around the Williamsburg stretch of the marathon’s path.
