Live From Bonnaroo

Live From Bonnaroo

Put tens of thousands of people at a farm. What do you get? A blazing festival called Bonnaroo. For those of you who haven’t been here, Bonnaroo is where the happiest people in the world get together.

Our DJ Laura Goldfarb joined again this year to reunite with fellow Bonnaroovian´s for a weekend of non-stop-high-fives, twerk classes and of course, a stunning lineup of musical talent. The highlight of this year’s festival was, without a doubt, U2, playing in their only festival appearance.

For those of you familiar with their sets, near the end of almost every U2 concert, Bono humbly tells the crowd, “Thanks for giving us a great life.” But at the Bonnaroo set he surprised the audience by thanking them for “getting out of your tents and caravans and giving us a night we’ll never, ever forget!” He also joked, “What an extraordinary thing Bonnaroo is, thank you for naming it after me.”

U2 brought the Joshua Tree tour to the Farm, Lorde brought her dance moves and Red Hot Chili Peppers brought the hits. So at least we can do is bring you a little trip down Bonnaroo lane get a glimpse of the weekend’s magic.
