Heidi Hogden is an Arizona-based artist whose drawing and installation work look at the natural world to understand the relationship between place and identity.

Heidi has had solo exhibitions at the Ann Manner and Alex Pappas Gallery at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Art Center of the Grand Prairie in Arkansas, Upper School Gallery in Cambridge, MA, The McGladrey Art Gallery in Waltham, MA, The Cornelius Ayer Wood Gallery in Concord, MA and the Elizabeth E. Beland Gallery at the Essex Arts Center in Lawrence, MA.

She has also shown in group exhibitions at spaces such as the Henderson State University, Matt McLeod Gallery and Arkansas Arts Center, Batesville Area Arts Council all in Arkansas. And other spaces across the country in states such as Texas, Maryland, Minnesota, Kentucky, Nebraska and Wisconsin.

Her work is in permanent collections at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute in Arkansas, University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Four Seasons in Boston and she has received fellowships from University of Arkansas, Vermont Studio Center, Drawing Room and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.

Heidi received an MFA in Studio Art from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and her BFA in Painting from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and is currently an Assistant Professor of Drawing at Arizona State University.
